We hope this website will promote a better understanding between you, our patient, and our staff so we can serve you to the best of our ability. Appointments
Patients are seen by appointment only. When calling for an appointment, it is helpful for you to call several days in advance. A delay in scheduling is unavoidable when an emergency occurs, however, we always aim to be on time and will try to keep you informed of any lengthy delays. Should you need to cancel your appointment, you need to notify our staff 24 hours in advance, or a charge of an office visit will be billed to you.
Emergency Care
You may experience an emergency situation that requires immediate attention. We will make sure to help you as soon as we can. If your emergency occurs after office hours, you should call our emergency number and leave a message, at 810-340-2786. You will be contacted by the doctor on call.
Fees & Payments
Our financial coordinators will be happy to discuss the charges and the financial payment arrangements we provide, before we begin your treatment, so you will be well informed. Extended payments may be considered upon special request with an appropriate down payment. Accounts outstanding more than sixty days of the treatment date will bear interest at 2% per month.
Payment is expected at time of service. Our fees may be paid as follows:
